Annexation
Ryan Thueson, the applicant and owner, is requesting annexation of 2.37 acres in the Area of Impact south of LeGrand Pierre Ave. The subject parcel is contiguous with a separate lot also owned by the applicant, which is in the City limits. The subject parcel is one of two adjacent lots completely surrounded by City boundaries that remain in the Area of Impact and is currently undeveloped. The applicant is requesting the parcel be assigned IL Industrial Light Zoning. City Council reviewed the application at a public hearing on June 20th, ultimately approving the annexation and rezone to IL Industrial Light. The annexation will be effective upon publication of the ordinance summary, 6/29/22.
