SUB21-2 Preliminary Plat Subdivision

Mummford Sollys Subdivision-Area of Impact

The applicant is seeking subdivision of a 4.97 acre parcel into five parcels of nearly one acre. Each property will be served by S 750 E, which is to be a private gravel road, maintained by the homeowners’ association. Water is to be provided by individual private wells; the applicant has proposed to connect to Driggs’ City sewer for wastewater. The parcel is not within the floodplain overlay, but does lie within the Natural Resources Overlay, containing songbird and raptor critical habitat. It is not within any Airport Overlay zones. Because the property is within the Driggs Area of City Impact, the preliminary plat application will be reviewed by a Joint County/City Planning & Zoning Commission, who will provide a recommendation to the the Board of County Commissioners.
