Appeal of approval of SUB25-3 Corona Valley Subdivision Master Plan and Preliminary Plat Phase I

SUMMARY

On September 28, 2026, Anna Trentadue of Trentadue Law Firm LLC submitted an appeal application requesting that the City Council overturn the approval of the Preliminary Plat Application SUB25-3, Corona Valley Subdivision. The Council will consider the appeal and materials in the record and make a decision. The City Council will review and approve the written Statement of Decision for the appeal at a future public meeting.
