City Center Building
The Driggs City Center Building is home to City Hall, Seniors West of the Tetons, Teton Indoor Sports Academy, Teton Arts Gallery, Teton Rock Gym, and the Teton Geo Center. The Downtown Driggs Association hosts events all year long on the lawn and in the gallery.
Teton Arts Gallery
The Teton Arts Gallery is located inside the Driggs City Center Building. It is run by Teton Arts, a non-profit organization serving the communities of Teton Valley, Idaho. The gallery contract with the City of Driggs completed Teton Arts’ vision for year-round exhibits.
The Gallery provides exhibition opportunities for local and regional artists. Bi-annual Teton Arts Member Shows, featured artists, local school and art education exhibits fill the Gallery throughout the year. The Gallery is a valuable resource for seasoned, emerging and student artists.
Opening receptions highlight each exhibit. Local community members and visitors are encouraged to attend these free receptions that include refreshment, music and time to view and be inspired by participating artists.
Non-profit galleries such as this cover their costs by taking a small percentage of sales, and primarily depend on donations and grants. Volunteers run every aspect of the gallery operation, from scheduling to receptions. The generous arrangement with the City of Driggs allows Teton Arts to maintain a gallery.
Teton Arts exists to entertain, educate, and inspire our community by engaging people of all ages in the creation and enjoyment of the arts. To become a Teton Arts Member, view gallery schedule or learn more about our community offerings visit www.tetonarts.org
