Information for land use and zoning applications within the AOI
The Area of City Impact (AOI or AOCI) is an area of unincorporated Teton County land jointly defined and adopted by the City of Driggs and Teton County. The City and County coordinate planning policies that govern annexation and land use procedures within this area.
Properties located within the AOI are subject to the Area of City Impact Driggs Land Development Code . Certain applications may require coordinated City–County review depending on the proposal type.
