AX21-4 Annexation - Tributary

PhH II Annexation & Tract 3 Minor De-Annexation

An application for the annexation into the City of Driggs of approximately 38 acres, and minor de-annexation of approximately 3 acres, in PHase II of the Tributary Subdivision, was received on November 22, 2021. The application was considered by the Planning & Zoning Commission during a Public Hearing on January 12, 2022, where they made recommendations of approval with conditions to the City Council on the annexation and de-annexation zoning designations. City Council considered the application during a public hearing on February 15, 2022, where they approved the application with conditions. The Board of County Commissioners will make a final decision on the de-annexation and a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners on the de-annexation zoning designation.
