AX24-2 Annexation
Aspen Meadows - Lot 4B
The application requests the annexation of parcel RP00003000004B, also known as 184 Aspen Meadows Road, which is located in the Area of Impact and zoned ADR-0.5 - 0.5-Acre Avg. Density Residential. The applicant proposes RM-2 – Residential Multi-Family zoning.
A Neighborhood Meeting has been scheduled for Monday April 15th, 4pm-6pm at City Hall. The applicant and city staff will be available to answer questions and discuss the project with the public.
The Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing and May 8 at 6pm at Driggs City Hall, and consider making a formal recommendation on the zoning of the property, if annexed. The Commission may also consider providing informal comments on the annexation itself.
After the Planning & Zoning Commission hearing, this item will be scheduled to go in front of City Council for another public hearing and possible final decision.
