BA23-3 Boundary Adjustment
Teton Ave. Boundary Adjustment
The applicant went through the Zone Change process in July of 2023. The request was ultimately denied by City Council. Read more about that application and decision here .
In the current application, Teton Ave Development LLC, the owner of 16 parcels in Driggs 1st Addition along Teton Ave, is seeking to adjust the boundaries of four parcels in Block 8. The affected parcels are Lots 3, 4, 8, and 9. Interior shared boundaries between each pair of lots is proposed to be reoriented north-south, creating lots of approximately 0.25 acres each.
Lots are accessed by existing City right of ways, with a 12’ utility easement to the north and a 20’ access and utility easement to the south.
Sewer and water are available nearby in existing mains to the south of the project area, in the 5th St right of way, and Fremont Ave. The parcels are proposed to be served by City sewer and water.
The Boundary Line Adjustment found that the application generally conforms to the application requirements and approval criteria. The Boundary Line Adjustment will be approved upon receipt of an updated survey which includes the delineated wetlands (W1 and D6).
