Project Summary:
The applicant, Summit Self Storage, represented by Jason O'Neill, submitted a Design Review Sketch Plan Application for a proposed self-storage development located at 1251 & 1277 N Hwy 33. The project proposes several self-storage buildings with an associated office. Primary access will be off of Rodeo Drive, with an emergency and large vehicle access off of Hwy 33. The application was reviewed by DRAC on 5/23/22 who made a recommendation of approval to P&Z. P&Z approved the application with conditions on 6/8/22. A statement of Decision was posted on 7/25/22.
