DR23-3 Design Review

Monroe Mixed Use - Courthouse Loop

SUMMARY: The developer is proposing a mixed-use development, containing one mixed use commercial and residential building and two apartment buildings. The mixed building is 45 feet tall, and would contain around 3,421 sf of retail space (2 units), 13 live/work units, 54 studio apartments, 14 1-bed apartments, 10 1-bed + den apartments, and 12 2-bed apartments.

REVIEW PROCESS: The sketch plan application will be reviewed administratively. The applicant should address comments from the sketch plan review when submitting a Final Design Review application. The applicant is advised to review the Code. The Final Design Review application will be reviewed by the Design Review Advisory Committee (DRAC) during a future public meeting and will make a recommendation to the Planning & Zoning Commission, who will consider the application during a public meeting. The Planning and Zoning Commission will make a final decision.
