Grand Teton Canal Company (GTCC)

Approvals are required for all development occurring on properties that intersect or impact the canal.

Grand Teton Canal Company follows Idaho Code governing Canals and Irrigation Law. All development activity impacting GTCC infrastructure must comply with applicable Idaho law, local jurisdictional requirements, and GTCC policies. The goal of Grand Teton Canal Company is to support a smooth development process, protect canal operations, and help ensure all parties are aligned early on.

The City of Driggs requires confirmation that developers and landowners have obtained all required Grand Teton Canal approvals, and that all necessary documents have been properly signed and recorded prior to final approval with the City of Driggs.
