APPLICABLE CODES & ORDINANCES: Lot Split applications are processed as outlined in Ch 14.5.4 of the Driggs Land Development Code .

REVIEW: Parcels are eligible for lot split to be approved administratively if created prior to December 1, 1992. The Planning & Zoning Administrator will review conformance with the approval criteria outlined in Ch 14.4.8.D. Teton County Surveyor will review the survey for accuracy. If approved, applicant shall submit two copies of survey and deeds to the County to be signed and recorded. Deeds shall be recorded by Teton County within 6 months.
