Aspen Meadows Plat Amendment (AOI)

Project Summary:
The Proposed plat amendment aims to to split two adjacent lots into four lots in the Aspen Meadows Subdivision. The properties are affected by Teton COunty Wildlife Overlay, The new lots will be served by City water and septic systems. The subdivision is zoned ADR-0.5, and the proposed new lots created will range in size from 0.74-acre to 0.49-acre. The application is expected to reviewed during a public hearing by the Joint City/County Planning & Zoning Commission on August 9. 6:30 PM, at Driggs City Hall. This application was previously recommended for approval by the Joint P&Z Commission in 2021, however the application was ultimately withdrawn when one of the applicants sold their parcel.
