PA23-4 Plat Amendment

Mustang Ranch

The owner of Lot 4 in Mustang Ranch Subdivision sought a plat amendment to divide the existing 1.59-acre parcel into three smaller parcels. The parcel is currently zoned IL-Light Industrial and is located within the Airport Lateral Safety Zone, Traffic Pattern Area, and Airport Protection Overlays. It is currently undeveloped.

The Planning & Zoning Commission reviewed the Plat Amendment application during a public hearing on October 11, 2023, and ultimately made a recommendation for approval with conditions.

City Council reviewed the Plat Amendment application and the recommendation of the Planning & Zoning Commission during a public hearing on December 5, 2023, where they ultimately approved the application with conditions. See the Statement of Decision below.

The applicant submitted a Final Plat application on February 22, 2024, City Council will consider the final plat during a public meeting on May 7 at 6pm at Driggs City Hall.
