Sweetwater Significant Plat Amendment (City of Driggs initiated)

The proposed plat amendment would remove 8 City-owned parcels, portions of 3 City-owned parcels, and the City-owned portion of Sweetgrass Road, from the Sweetwater Phase I and Sweetwater Phase II Subdivisions. Subject parcels: RP001480000930, RP001480000940, RP001480000950, RP001480000COM (portion), Sweetgrass Road (portion), RP001480000COM (portion), RP001340000070, RP001480000COM (portion), RP001480000960, RP001480000970, RP001480000980, RP001480000990. Some parcels are noted as open space on the plat. The current zoning of the subject parcels is ADR-1.0 and M-1. The total project area is 34.77 acres.

The Joint Teton County & City of Driggs Planning & Zoning Commission will held a public hearing to consider the proposed plat amendment the the regular December 13, 2023 meeting, where they ultimately recommended approval, with conditions, to the Board of County Commissioners.
