PA24-10 Insignificant Plat Amendment

SUMMARY: Driggs Acquisition LLC submitted a complete application for an Insignificant Plat Amendment on January 27, 2025. The applicant has requested a lot consolidation of Lots 23 and 24 of Tributary PUD Phase II. The applicants stated primary objective with this request is to provide greater flexibility and options in the layout of future residential units.
REVIEW PROCESS: This project is considered an Insignificant Plat Amendment for a Boundary Adjustment and is subject to the process and review criteria as outlined in Driggs Land Development Code §14.13.4. As per the code, the Planning and Zoning Administrator reviews Insignificant Plat Amendments for boundary line adjustments and ultimately issues a final decision. The decision is based on a review of the approval criteria for an Insignificant Plat Amendment, which can be found in §14.13.4.D of the Land Development Code .Â
