PA24-12 Lot Split
Gavin Lot Split - Ee-Dah-How Acres Subdivision (AOI)
SUMMARY: An application for Lot Split was submitted to Teton County on May 1, 2024, before the AOCI Regulations Update , which became effective December 18, 2024. As such, the application will be processed under the 2017-2024 AOCI Regulations, which located this parcel in the Area of City Impact. The application proposes to divide a 2-acre lot located at 930 Indian Sunset Drive in the area of impact into two (2) 1-acre lots. The application proposes that each lot will be served by individual well and septic systems.
REVIEW PROCESS: The application was reviewed during a public hearing by the Joint Teton County and City of Driggs Planning & Zoning Commission (JPZC) on March 11, 2025, where the JPZC ultimately made a recommendation of approval, with conditions, to the Board of County Commissioners (BoCC). The BoCC will make a final decision at a future public hearing.
