PA24-5 Significant Plat Amendment
Sweetwater Ranch Phase 1 (AOI)
SUMMARY: The application proposes a replat for Lots 8 through 25 in the Sweetwater Subdivision – Phase I. This subdivision is in the Driggs Area of Impact and has a zoning designation of ADR-1.0 with a 1 unit/lot per acre density. The changes that are being proposed include the reconfiguration of the internal roadway system and lots to align with the current zoning density with 43 lots on 61.20 acres with a density average of 0.7 Lots/Acre. The proposed internal paved roadways are private and will be shared between the planes taxying from the airport runway and the vehicles accessing the residences. Due to the shared nature of the traffic on the internal roadways this replat is proposed to be a gated community.
REVIEW PROCESS: This application is processed as a revised preliminary plat. The application will be reviewed during a public hearing by the Joint Teton County and City of Driggs Planning & Zoning Commission.
