PA25-1 Insignificant Plat Amendment

Tributary Lots F & 36

SUMMARY: Driggs Acquisition LLC has requested a lot consolidation of Lots 36 and F of Tributary PUD Phase II. The applicants stated primary objective with this request is to eliminate Lot F which was originally planned for golf cart parking.

REVIEW PROCESS: This project is considered an Insignificant Plat Amendment for a Boundary Adjustment and is subject to the process and review criteria as outlined in Driggs Land Development Code §14.13.4.  The Planning and Zoning Administrator reviews Insignificant Plat Amendments for boundary line adjustments and issues a final decision.
