PA25-1 Insignificant Plat Amendment
Tributary Lots F & 36
SUMMARY: Driggs Acquisition LLC has requested a lot consolidation of Lots 36 and F of Tributary PUD Phase II. The applicants stated primary objective with this request is to eliminate Lot F which was originally planned for golf cart parking.
REVIEW PROCESS: This project is considered an Insignificant Plat Amendment for a Boundary Adjustment and is subject to the process and review criteria as outlined in Driggs Land Development Code §14.13.4 . The application will be considered by City Council at a noticed public hearing on on June 17th. City Council will issue a final decision.
