The subject property is located within the Driggs Area of Impact and is zoned AOI–2.5. Primary access to the proposed subdivision will be provided via E 2500 North, connecting to Sweetwater Drive.

PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION: The application is scheduled for May 12, 2026, for a Subdivision Planning & Zoning Commission Concept Hearing with the Teton County and City of Driggs Joint Planning & Zoning Commission (JPZC) as provided for in the Teton County Land Development Code. Comments should be directed to mvanarsdell@tetoncountyidaho.gov no later than 5 pm on May 4, 2026.
