Sweetwater - Plat Amendment - AOI

SUMMARY: The proposal consists of twelve (12) single-family residential lots to be created from land currently designated as common open space within Sweetwater Phase 2. The subject property is located within the Driggs Area of Impact and is zoned AOI–2.5. Primary access to the proposed subdivision will be provided via E 2500 North, connecting to Sweetwater Drive.

PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION: The application is scheduled for May 12, 2026, for a Subdivision Planning & Zoning Commission Concept Hearing with the Teton County and City of Driggs Joint Planning & Zoning Commission (JPZC) as provided for in the Teton County Land Development Code. Comments should be directed to mvanarsdell@tetoncountyidaho.gov no later than 5 pm on May 4, 2026.
