SD25-1 Site Development
Flats at Teton Peaks Phase 2
SUMMARY: The Flats at Teton Peaks is 184-unit condominium development on 11.25 acres north of Ross Avenue roughly centered on an extension of Second Street and consisting of 23 buildings in 5 proposed phases. Phase 1, which has been completed, included 28 units along with all utilities and park improvements required for all five phases. The current phase, Phase 2 of the Flats at Teton Peaks, consists of four residential buildings, each containing eight two-bedroom units, for a total of 32 units.
REVIEW PROCESS: The application will be reviewed administratively in accordance with Article 14.3. See Art. 14.6 of the Driggs Land Development Code (LDC) for Site Development Permit approval criteria. For Site Plan Review the Administrator is the review authority except when, at the Administrator’s discretion, Site Plans for projects over 5,000 square feet or that disturb more than 5,000 square feet of ground, are forwarded to the Planning & Zoning Commission for review during a public meeting per Article 14.3. See Art. 14.6 of the LDC.
