SD26-2 Flats at Teton Peaks - Phase 3 - Site Development

SUMMARY: The narrative accompanying the site development application states that Flats at Teton Peaks Phase 3 consists of the construction of four new 8-unit multi-family residential buildings, including all associated site development improvements. The proposed buildings—H, L, I, and M—contain two levels of residential units. In addition to two levels of residential units, buildings H and L provide basement storage for tenant usage. The proposed work includes building construction, public street extension to 2nd street, on-site parking areas, internal drive aisles, pedestrian sidewalks and access, utility infrastructure (water and sewer), grading, drainage improvements, and landscaping necessary to support the development. Phase 3 will add thirty-two residential dwelling units to the overall Flats at Teton Peaks community, consistent with the previously developed phases, and is designed as a cohesive expansion of the existing multi-family residential complex.

REVIEW PROCESS: For Site Plan Review the Administrator is the review authority except when, at the Administrator’s discretion, Site Plans for projects over 5,000 square feet or that disturb more than 5,000 square feet of ground are forwarded to the Planning and Zoning Commission for review during a public meeting in accordance with Article 14.3. This application is more than 5,000 square feet
