SUB21-3 - Peaked Mountain Ranch Subdivision

Located in the Driggs Area of City Impact

Peaked Mountain Ranch is a proposed subdivision located in the Driggs Area of City Impact. The proposal is to create 16 lots on just under 16 acres. Lots sized range from 0.21 to 1.65 acres. The plat also includes an open space lot.

This proposed subdivision will be considered by the Joint Teton County and City of Driggs Planning & Zoning Commission on March 8, at 6:30pm at Driggs City Hall. Written comments are due by 5pm March 1. Those attending the meeting in person may also testify.
