The application is for a 66-lot preliminary plat subdivision, located off of Legrand Pierre Avenue. The application will be reviewed by the Planning & Zoning Commission during a public hearing, where they will make a recommendation to City Council. City Council will hold a public hearing and make a final decision on the application.

The application was heard by the Planning & Zoning Commission at their regularly scheduled meeting on 11/8/23, where they ultimately tabled the item.

This item will be considered again during a public hearing during a future Planning & Zoning Commission meeting.
