Subdivision application for preliminary plat for Tributary Phase 3, containing 13 single family residential lots, a lot for a future wellness center, and a lot for future cabin sites, on approximately 25 acres. The proposed Phase 3 is located within the Tributary PUD, Part of Sections 22 and 23, T5N R45E. The Tributary Master Plan was approved in 2019, which requires separate approval for each phase.
