Edge Subdivision - Townhome Development

Project Description:
This project is proposing a 64-unit townhome development on an approximately 8-acre parcel, located at the corner of Ross Avenue and 5th Street adjacent to the high school. A public hearing for the preliminary plat application was scheduled with the Planning & Zoning Commission on April 12th, 2023 where they tabled the hearing until further information was provided.

At the October 11, 2023 Planning & Zoning public hearing the Commission recommended a conditioned approval of the project to City Council.

At the February 20, 2024 City Council approved the Preliminary Plat application, with conditions. For the approval motion wth conditions see the minutes from this meeting.
