McClure Subdivision

Project Summary:
A subdivision concept plan application proposing to split a 21 acre parcel on S 5th Street into five single-family lots was received on 8/1/22. A preliminary/final plat application was received 10/10/22. The subdivision application will be reviewed by the Planning & Zoning Commission at their 12/14/22 meeting where they will make a recommendation to City Council during a public hearing. During a public hearing on 2/7/23, City Council approved the application.
