PROJECT SUMMARY:

The project proposes subdividing two lots into ten. The total project area is 1.24 acres and is at the corner of 4th Street and Little Avenue. The five proposed southern parcels are zoned NX Neighborhood Mixed-Use and are in the Design Review Overlay. The five proposed northern parcels are zoned RS-3 Residential Single and Two-Family Residential. The Applicant is considering developing detached single-family homes, and possibly some shopfront homes adjacent to Little Avenue.
