SUMMARY: End of the Trail is a proposed residential subdivision that is in the Driggs Area of Impact on the southwest corner of S 1000 E and Cemetery Road. The subject parcels are RP05N45E360021 and RP05N45E360031. The current zoning designation is ADR – 1.0. It is surrounded by the Driggs Cemetery on the north, the Avail Gravel Pit on the east, a single-family residence on the south and another single-family residence on the west. The proposed layout consists of 9 residential lots and 1 open-space lot. The proposed subdivision falls within the Big Game Migration Corridor.

REVIEW PROCESS: A Joint Teton County and City of Driggs Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 11, 2024 at 6pm, during the regularly scheduled Driggs Planning & Zoning Commission meeting, to consider the Concept Plan application.
