The stated intent of the application contained within the narrative is to combine Parcel 1: RPA00000264202 and Parcel 2: RPA00000264205 into one parcel, and to rezone the properties for the purpose of light manufacturing and light industrial, and residential use with open-air rooftop terraces for agricultural, solar and social farming, providing a community for small businesses to thrive, by providing housing for employees. The applicant intends to connect future development to City water and sewer.

This application was administratively reviewed in December 2023. The Zone Change application was determined to be incomplete at that time. Details can be found within the Completeness Determination document listed below. The Planning & Zoning Administrator determined that two applications are needed to accomplish what it appears the applicant is proposing; (1) Zone Map Amendment (aka rezone) application which will apply the same, requested zone district across the entire properties, and (2) A Boundary Line Adjustment which will combine the two parcels which are currently identified as RPA00000264205 (northern lot) and RPA00000264202 (southern lot).
