PROJECT SUMMARY: Live Oak Springs, LLC, represented by Sunrise Engineering, is requesting annexation of 154.62 acres into the City of Driggs with RC-1.0 Residential Cluster zoning. The property is located north of Shoshoni Plains and southeast of the Driggs Airport, within the City’s Area of Impact. The narrative submitted with the application describes potential future development of 184 residential units including 30 attached residential units on approximately 0.2-acre lots and 154 detached residential units on lots ranging from .25-acres to 1.0-acres, construction of streets, connections to City water and sewer, sidewalks, a pathway between Booshway St. and Teton Vista Dr., and approximately 5.15 acres of open space. Approval of the annexation and zoning would not approve a final development plan.
