The Driggs City Council will hold public hearings at 60 S. Main St. in Driggs City Hall and virtually via Zoom on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 6:00 pm. There will be opportunity for the public to comment on public hearing items. Information on accessing the meeting and the agenda is available at DriggsIdaho.org and at City Hall. The hearing items are as follows:
Public Hearing SUB25-8: Altitude Business Park (fka Victor Mountain Retreat)—Preliminary Plat
City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the Preliminary Plat application for Altitude Business Park, a 7.24-acre parcel (RPA5N45E236602)Â located just to the south of Buffalo Junction and True Value Hardware Store. The application proposes creating 10 lots from the existing single parcel, resulting in 1 lot for a hotel, 8 commercial pad lots or parking, and 1 right-of-way. A zone change for the subject property from RM-2 (Residential Multi-Family) to CC (Commercial Corridor) was approved with conditions by City Council in May 2025. A neighborhood meeting for the Preliminary Plat proposal was held on November 6, 2025. On June 10, 2026 during a public meeting the Planning & Zoning Commission conditionally approved the Design Review application for a 69-room Cobblestone Hotel on lot 2 of the northern portion of the subject. The Commission considered the Preliminary Plat application during a public hearing on June 10, 2026 and recommended conditioned approval to City Council. Public Hearing SUB25-3: Corona Valley Subdivision—Preliminary Plat
City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the Preliminary Plat for Corona Valley Subdivision. The application proposes the creation of a residential subdivision on an undeveloped parcel east of Teton High School on E. Ross Ave. and Booshway St. The parcel (RPA5N45E254200) is zoned RS-7 Single and Two-Family Residential. The application proposes the creation of 32 single-family detached lots and 148 attached two-family/townhome lots for a total of 180 dwelling units, on 38.803 gross acres. A neighborhood meeting for the proposal was held on February 18, 2026. The application was considered by the Planning & Zoning Commission during a public hearing on May 13, 2026, where the item was ultimately recommended for conditioned approval to City Council. Review criteria, process and documents pertaining to these applications are available on the corresponding website address listed above. A staff report will be available the week prior to the meeting date. Zoom instructions and access links are available at https://driggsidaho.org/councilmeeting
Instructions for submitting a public hearing comment are available online at DriggsIdaho.org/public-hearing . Comments received by 5 p.m. Monday, June 27, 2026 will be included in the staff report. Verbal comments can also be presented during the public hearing by individuals attending in person and via Zoom. Verbal public comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker. The applicant's testimony is limited to 15 minutes. The City of Driggs will not accept written materials or handouts during any public hearings. Written public comments were due on the date shown in the legal notice for the public hearing. The City is not responsible for technical difficulties.
