Long-time Airport Administrator Lori Kyle is soon to enjoy retirement but is first tasked with "passing the torch" to Meredith Fox. The Driggs-Reed Memorial Airport Board is thrilled to have the new full-time position and is confident in Fox's skillset in aviation, communication, and management for our high-elevation municipal airport.

Meredith Fox was born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan. On most weekends, if not parking cars at Michigan Football games for the family business, she flew or helped tinker on her Dad's 180 Cessna, Swift, or Helicopter. She decided to head west to Colorado in 2001. While gaining experience in various fields, such as working at radio stations, audio-visual companies, and film festivals, Fox eventually found her place in aviation. Before coming to Driggs, she worked at Telluride Regional Airport and Glenwood Springs Municipal Airport (GWS). As the Airport Manager at GWS, she accomplished many improvements, including installing a new UNICOM, revamping the runway and taxiways, and installing two 12,000-gallon fuel tanks.

Fox is excited to call Driggs her new home and brings a wealth of experience to her new role. While moving here in the middle of winter may seem daunting, Fox is thrilled to explore the new Targhee terrain and loves embracing all outdoor activities, snowboarding, hiking, paddle boarding, drinking coffee & breathing in mother nature if she isn't flying.

The Teton Valley News also published an article welcoming Fox to the role on December 21st: Meredith Fox Takes Over as Airport Manager
