PROJECT SUMMARY: The City of Driggs has received a Subdivision Concept Plan for a 40-acre parcel located on Ross Ave. The applicant proposes a phased subdivision with 171 units in total, with 51 units proposed in Phase 1. The proposal consists of 31 detached lots with the remaining 140 lots being attached single family lots with the remaining lots for park and open space. Access from the South is via Ross, access from the East is via Booshway, and access from the North is via the newly approved Belle Vue subdivision’s Cowboy Trail. This master plan proposes 8 new internal public roads. The applicant states the drainage lot is sized for use for a soccer field with space for an additional field to the north.
