Pursuant to established procedure and Idaho Statutes NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Driggs Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings at 60 S. Main St. in Driggs City Hall and virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 6:00 pm. There will be opportunity for the public to comment on public hearing items. Information on accessing the meeting and the agenda is available at DriggsIdaho.org and at City Hall. The hearing and meeting items are as follows:

Public Hearing PA24-9: Tributary PUD Master Plan & Land Development Code Text Amendments—Significant Plat Amendment

The City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed Plat Amendment for lot 1, block 5, Valley Centre II. The application proposes to modify the ‘rounded’ property corner at the intersection/ROW to be a squared-off property corner, so as to allow for the configuration of cottage court units to be orthogonal to the streets and property lines. This project is considered an Insignificant Plat Amendment for a Boundary Adjustment and is subject to the process and review criteria as outlined in Driggs Land Development Code §14.13.4. Public Hearing AMD25-2: Land Development Code Cleanup Amendments

The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to review proposed cleanup amendments to the Land Development Code. The LDC amendments include updated signature requirements for lot splits, limits on industrial building length streamlined review of insignificant plat amendments, removal of fuel pumps in the commercial mixed use zone district, and corrections to review schedule timeframes. These amendments are intended to clarify and streamline existing code provisions without making major policy changes. Comments received by 5 p.m. Monday, November 3, 2025 will be included in the staff report. Verbal comments can also be presented during the public hearing, by individuals attending in person and via Zoom. The City is not responsible for technical difficulties
