PROJECT SUMMARY: The City of Driggs has received a Subdivision Concept Plan for a 12.29-acre parcel west of Teton High School, with current access from Ross Avenue. The applicant proposes to subdivide the property into 6 lots. The proposed development includes a 9-building apartment complex, with 24 units per building, for a total of 216 units. Each building is approximately 58,419 sq. ft. The applicant proposes to construct the apartment buildings, a clubhouse, park space, and 437 parking spaces in two phases. The proposal includes dedication of public roads, and requires extension of water and sewer mains. Access is proposed from Ross Avenue to the south, from the future Price Avenue to the east and west, and from the future Dalley Street to the north. Two new internal public roads are also proposed, including a north–south connection, Wildflower Way.
