Pursuant to established procedure and Idaho Statutes NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Driggs Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings at 60 S. Main St. in Driggs City Hall and virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 6:00 pm. There will be opportunity for the public to comment on public hearing items. Information on accessing the meeting and the agenda is available at DriggsIdaho.org and at City Hall. The hearing and meeting items are as follows:

Public Hearing SUB25-6: Wildwood Commons—Preliminary Plat The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the Preliminary Plat for Wildwood Commons, a 12.29-acre parcel west of Teton High School, with current access from Ross Avenue. The applicant proposes to subdivide the property into 6 lots. The proposed development includes a 9-building apartment complex, with 24 units per building, for a total of 216 units. Each building is approximately 58,419 sq. ft. The applicant proposes to construct the apartment buildings, a clubhouse, park space, and 437 parking spaces in two phases. The proposal includes dedication of public roads, and requires extension of water and sewer mains. Access is proposed from Ross Avenue to the south, from the future Price Avenue to the east and west, and from the future Dalley Street to the north. Two new internal public roads are also proposed, including a north–south connection, Wildflower Way. A neighborhood meeting for the proposal was held on November 6, 2025. Public Hearing ZC25-2: Alexandria Condos—Zone Map Amendment The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the Zone Map Amendment application for the rezone of a 10-acre parcel located on E. Ross Ave. which is currently zoned RS-7—Single & Two Family Residential and IX—Industrial Mixed Use. The majority of the subject property is currently zoned RS-7—Single & Two Family in which Residential Multi-Family and Commercial uses are not allowed. A small portion is zoned IX, which allows for a variety of industrial, commercial, and residential uses. The application proposes NX—Neighborhood Mixed Use and RM-2—Residential Multi-Family zoning designations in order to increase density options including attached and multi-family residential units and neighborhood scale commercial uses. Comments received by 5 p.m. Monday, March 30, 2026 will be included in the staff report. Verbal comments can also be presented during the public hearing, by individuals attending in person and via Zoom. The City is not responsible for technical difficulties
