AX21-3: Annexation - The Elms

Application materials & Staff Reports

Mountain Vistas, LLC has proposed to annex a 5 acre property located on Ski Hill Rd, just east of the current city limits. The subject property is currently zoned AOI R-3, and the applicant is requesting City- RM-3 zoning upon annexation.

The applicant has submitted an application for a Subdivision Concept Plan, which has been administratively reviewed but it contingent on annexation.

The Planning & Zoning Commission considered the annexation and rezone during a public hearing on December 8, 2021 and forwarded a positive recommendation, with some conditions, on to City Council.

City Council heard this application at a public hearing on February 1st, 2022, ultimately approving the annexation and rezone.
