Pierre Annexation, south of LeGrand Pierre and west of the Middle School

Tridiumpierre LLC, owners of the subject property, proposes annexation of their 19.77-acre property located south of LeGrande Pierre Ave and west of 5th Street. This property is currently undeveloped vacant land and is zoned R-1. This property is located within the City of Driggs Area of Impact as well as within the Driggs Urban Growth Boundary and is surrounded on all sides by city limits.

The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on the matter on September 14, 2022 at 6:30pm. The Commission will provide the requisite recommendation regarding zoning and may provide an informal recommendation regarding the appropriateness of the annexation.
