AX24-4 Annexation Agreement Amendment

SUMMARY:
Council will hold a public hearing on July 16, 2024 to consider a proposed Annexation Agreement Amendment for a five acre parcel, RP05N45E256100, at Ski Hill Rd and Mountain Vista Drive. The parcel was approved for annexation and rezone to RM-2 in 2022. The current Annexation Agreement requires occupancy by local workforce and a restriction on short term rentals on a portion of the planned units. The applicant is asking that Council consider two possible options for amending the applicant including designating deed-restricted affordable units based on area median income or a proposed fee-in-lieu.
