BA26-1 Boundary Adjustment
175 Front St - Lot Consolidation

SUMMARY: The Teton County Joint Housing Authority is seeking a boundary adjustment affecting 8 parcels in the Driggs Main Street Annex, located at 175 Front Street. The boundary adjustment proposes to combine the existing lots 18-25 of block 2, currently identified with one tax ID (RPA0018002018A), into a single parcel totaling 0.61-acres. The project also proposes to dedicate an area 5.5-foot wide for the length of the southern property line, which will increase the width of an existing City of Driggs alley right-of-way. The alleyway easement is illustrated on the Record of Survey for this Boundary Adjustment.
