Project Description:
Design review application is for a Tractor Supply Co. store in the area of Impact located at 1649 N HWY 33, which proposed a 20,000 square foot building and 20,000 square foot fenced outdoor display area. A sketch plan application will be reviewed by staff, who administratively review and provide feedback to the applicant. The applicant will then submit a final design review application, which was reviewed by the Design Review Advisory Committee on 1/19/23 who made recommendation of approval with conditions to the Planning & Zoning Commission. The Planning & Zoning Commission will make a final decision on the application on 2/8/23.
