Ice-Land Soda - Year-Round Soda Trailer Drive-Thru

The design review application was submitted for a year-round business registration of a soda/food trailer, located in the Trailhead Building parking lot at 1420 N HWY 33. A previous application was approved for seasonal use only. The applicant applied for year-round use, which required the application be reviewed by the Design Review Advisory Committee, who made a recommendation of approval with conditions to the Planning & Zoning Commission. The Planning & Zoning Commission approved the application, with conditions, during their 11/8/23 Meeting . Conditions can be found within the Statement of Decision .
