Public Comment Procedures

Verbal comments
Verbal public comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker. The applicant's testimony is limited to 15 minutes.

Verbal public comments will be heard at the appropriate time during the meeting from in-person attendees and those participating via Zoom.
To comment by Zoom: when the public comment period begins click the raise hand ✋ icon at the bottom of the Zoom screen, or dial *9 if you're calling in by phone.
                   
The City of Driggs will not accept written materials or handouts during any public hearings. Written public comments were due on the date shown in the legal notice for the public hearing.

Written or voicemail comments
Written or voicemail public hearing comments must be submitted in advance, prior to the deadline listed on the public notice.
                        Comments must include:
                                    • Project Name or File Number (found on the project webpage and public notice)
                                    • Respondent's name, address and city
                                    • Position on the topic (for, neutral or opposed)

                        Submit an advance public comment using one of the following methods:

                                    • Submit comment through the Public Comment Form     
                                    • Record a voicemail message by dialing (208)-354-2362 ext. 1007
                                    • Mail written comment to:

Written and verbal comments received prior to the deadline listed on the public notice will be included in the Staff Report. Comments received after the deadline will not be included in the staff report.
