SUMMARY: A complete Sketch Plan application, including application fee and owner authorization, was received on February 17, 2024. The Application has been routed to the Planning and Building Department and Driggs Public Works for review.

REVIEW PROCESS: Because the subject lot is within the Design Review Overlay, the project will be subject to the standards of Driggs LDC Appendix A. Applicant is advised to consider appropriate edits indicated in this Memo to their site design and submit a Final Design Review Application. The Final Design Review application will be considered by the Design Review Advisory Committee (DRAC), which may provide feedback to the applicant and will ultimately make a recommendation to the Planning & Zoning Commission. During a public meeting, the Planning & Zoning Commission will make a final decision on the application.
