Highland Heights Apartment Complex
SUMMARY: The City of Driggs Planning & Zoning Department received a Design Review - Sketch Plan application from Craig Coats - Alliance Consulting on behalf of Travis Wells - WM Investments LLC. The Sketch Plan application is for a two-building apartment complex totaling 57 units located in Lot 1, Block 55 of the Huntsman Springs (Tributary) PUD Phase 1. The lot is zoned PUD-T-R Tributary PUD Residential and is within the Design Review Overlay (DX Zone).
REVIEW PROCESS: The subject lot is located within the Tributary PUD which requires Design Review approval, so the project is subject to the standards of Driggs LDC Appendix A in addition to the underlying PUD zone standards. Applicant is advised to consider appropriate edits indicated in this Memo to their site design and submit a Final Design Review Application . The Final Design Review application will be considered by the Design Review Advisory Committee, which will provide feedback to the applicant and ultimately make a recommendation to the Planning & Zoning Commission (PZC). During a public meeting, the PZC will make a final decision on the application.
