Circle K Gas Station

SUMMARY: The City of Driggs Planning & Zoning Department received a Sketch Plan application from Kimley-Horn. The Sketch Plan application is for a 5,200 square foot Circle K convenience store and gas station located on South Main St., just south of Broulims. This project is proposed as part of a larger future development.

REVIEW PROCESS: The property is located within the Design Review Overlay, therefore the project is subject to the standards of Driggs LDC Appendix A in addition to the underlying zone standards. The Final Design Review application will be considered by the Design Review Advisory Committee (DRAC), which will provide feedback to the applicant and ultimately make a recommendation.
