SUMMARY: The City of Driggs Planning & Zoning Department has received a Design Review - Sketch Plan application from Connect Engineering on behalf of C-Suite Capital. The application proposes a 10,290-square-foot single story tire dealer and maintenance facility on the 2.37-acre parcel. The application includes rerouting an existing canal and proposes a new road. The subject parcel (RPA5N45E261500) is located on LeGrand Pierre Ave., east of N. Hwy 33 and south of the airport. The parcel is zoned IL-Light Industrial.
REVIEW: The subject lot is located within the Design Review Overlay, so the project is subject to the standards of Driggs LDC Appendix A in addition to the underlying zone standards. The Final Design Review application will be considered by the Design Review Advisory Committee (DRAC), at a public meeting. DRAC will provide feedback to the applicant and ultimately make a recommendation to the Planning & Zoning Commission (PZC). During a public meeting, the PZC will make a final decision on the application.
