PA24-8 Plat Amendment - Insignificant

Tributary Block 1, 4, 6

SUMMARY: The proposal is to create lot lines around existing cabin/villa sites within portions of Blocks 1, 4 and 6 of the Tributary PUD. The main purpose is to eliminate the existing 60’x60’ building lots surrounded by common area and instead delineate conventional single-family lots that encompass the existing homes each with their own private yard area. The result is each lot owner will be responsible for maintenance of the yard area and improvements surrounding their respective home.

REVIEW PROCESS: It has been determined that this proposal is an Insignificant Plat Amendment, which will be reviewed by the Planning Administrator in accordance with SEction 14.13.4 of the Driggs Land Development Code. A final decision on the proposal will be made by City Council at a future public hearing. This proposal is scheduled to be considered by City Council at the April 15, 2025 meeting.
