PA25-4 Plat Amendment - Insignificant

Targhee 5th St Housing - Lot Consolidation

SUMMARY: The owner and applicant, 5th Street Housing, LLC, is requesting the vacation of Lots 6, 7, and 8, Block 6 of the City of Driggs in order to combine the three lots into a single, larger lot. The applicant intends to build employee housing for Grand Targhee Resort employees on the property. This is considered an insignificant plat amendment as the proposal will have minimal impact, as determined by the City. Driggs City Council recently approved a zone map amendment for the property to RM-2 Residential Multi-Family.

APPLICABLE CODES & ORDINANCES: This project is considered an Insignificant Plat Amendment for a plat vacation and is subject to the process and review criteria as outlined in Driggs Land Development Code §14.13.4.

REVIEW PROCESS: The Planning and Zoning Administrator reviews Insignificant Plat Amendments for conformance based on a review of the approval criteria found in the Land Development Code. The decision will be made administratively.
